Our client provided monthly and quarterly reports for all 8 of their clients' subsideries. These reports had to be delivered in a particular Microsoft PowerPoint format that the client preferred. Our clients' main pain point was the significant number of hours required to manually pull the paid campaign data from both Google and Microsoft Ads for each subsidary every month. After pulling the data, it then had to be manipulated to be made into the charts and graphs requested by the client. This process took over 30 hours each month and was incredibly inefficient.
