PAID MEDIA MANAGER

Pay: $35-$100 an hour depending on experience


We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who is equal parts strategic thinker, data analyst, and client whisperer. If you're obsessed with client results, thrive on solving performance puzzles, and have the technical know-how to run flawless paid campaigns across multiple platforms — we want to meet you.


As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. You’ll play a critical role in driving performance for our clients, ensuring every dollar spent is working hard and smart.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead Paid Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to each client’s business goals, industry, and audience.
  • Own Campaign Execution: Launch and manage campaigns with precision — from keyword research and ad copy to targeting and bidding strategies — ensuring error-free  setup every time.
  • Monitor & Optimize: Analyze campaign data daily and make proactive optimizations to maximize performance. No surprises. No waiting for problems to escalate.
  • Client Communication: Be the go-to expert for clients — responsive, insightful, and always a few steps ahead. Communicate performance clearly and recommend smart pivots when needed.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build and deliver analytical, actionable reports that go beyond surface metrics to tell the story of what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.
  • Innovation & Testing: Constantly test new tactics, creatives, platforms, and strategies to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between creative and media strategy.

  • Analytical & Curious: You live in the data and love uncovering patterns and insights. You ask "why" until you get the real answer.
  • Technically Sharp: Fluent in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and common bid management platforms. Tagging, tracking, and troubleshooting are second nature.
  • Creative & Proactive: You bring fresh ideas and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If performance dips, you’re the first to notice and act.
  • Organized & Agile: You manage multiple accounts seamlessly, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities without dropping the ball.


Requirements


  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (agency experience a big plus)
  • Deep platform knowledge: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others
  • In platform experience not required for someone with marketing or business strategy experience, training is available
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, GA4, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Mass Communications or Analytics required
  • Google and Meta certifications preferred
