Rachel joined us in June of 2022 after working in another industry for a couple of years post-graduation from the University of Texas in 2020. When Rachel first started with LeadLab, it felt like she had already been working here for years. She was able to contribute to client work almost immediately and already had a multitude of ideas about how to improve certain tasks and processes. Rachel brings a valuable new perspective to the team that has already pushed us to be better at what we do. Rachel’s ability to learn quickly and execute well makes her an integral part of this team and we’re excited to have her.
